There are several researches that prove Gender-diverse teams in workspace give better results than teams that are male-dominated. A better “workspace diversity” has shown better sales, profits, average revenue etc related results. If you really want the best talents to join your company, you must first impress them with your work culture. And a good work culture can only be build around a Gender-diverse workforce. Not only women bring different skills and energy levels to the company but a more inclusive workforce also makes the workspace more dynamic and complete. As per surveys, more women in the workforce results in a more positive and meaningful work culture.
Thus, more women in the workspace mean positive outcomes for both men and women.
