Radhika Apte is among those few talented actresses, who have mostly been typecast in Bollywood movies. The Lust Stories sensation, turned 33 today has definitely gone a long way since her first entry in Bollywood with her debut in the Hindi fantasy movie Vaah! Life Ho To Aisi.

Right when we were under the impression that Netflix had given it a break regarding Radhika Apte’s frequency on Netflix, we have another surprise, this time by Zomato. The food ordering app posted an apparently funny tweet about Radhika Apte. However, Netflix could not keep up the game, being outwitted by Netflix. Twitter is all for Netflix, saying, “well played, Netflix.”

Zomato in its attempt to act smart in trying to portray the versatility of paneer posted a tweet about how Paneer could be used in so many different dishes. The funny part arrives as the post is accompanied by a picture. The tweet reads, “And you thought only Radhika is versatile”. However, notwithstanding the wit and humor of Zomato, Netflix steals the show, more so now that they have established that Radhika Apte is Omnipresent. Netflix wittily tweeted back with the response, “Well, she is everywhere”. This tweet wins our heart being followed by another funnier picture. We can’t help but stand up with slow claps for Netflix. Both the tweets have taken Twitter by storm. However, since yesterday Netflix has had a definite win as its tweet has over 6500 likes and the retweets have exceeded 2800 already.

In her Bollywood career, Radhika won great acclaim for her roles in movies like Badlapur, the comedy movie Hunterrr, and Manjhi- The Mountain Man. The list of her success does not stop here as we see her impeccable in Parched, which released in 2016.

We get further proof of her versatility as Apte starred in Netflix productions, the horror miniseries, Ghoul, and the Bert famous thriller, Sacred Games and of course the 4-sided series Lust Stories. We cannot help but acknowledge the incredible skill of the Shor in the City star as she has also starred in myriad other regional movies, like the Marathi crime thriller Lal Bahari and the Hindi biographical film Pad Man, and also the Tamil drama, Kabali.

Radhika will be soon seen in the upcoming movie Andhadhun, along with Ayushmann Khurrana and Tabu in lead roles. No matter what the world has to say in favor of or against Apte, one thing is for certain and that is, she has shown, yet again, that versatility, determination and humility is all it takes to get successful in b-town.
