No matter how many actresses come and go, Kareena Kapoor will always be the queen. When she stars in a movie she owns it and no one can pull off a resting bitch face better than her. From Poo in K3G to Kalindi Puri in Veere di Wedding we have seen her getting better and better playing her eclectic avatars and making it seem so very effortless. Saif Ali and Kareena has given us major couple goals and he even pulled off a David Beckham on her (Yes the tattoo of course!). One of the best things about Kareena is her smoking hot body. She was one of the earliest actresses to make zero size a thing and if you thought she wouldn’t be the same post pregnancy you are clearly mistaken. Her gym pictures have taken the internet by a storm and we cannot stop drooling over them.
Namrata Purohit is her official gym trainer and a Pilates expert. The actress’s post pregnancy weight loss is staggering and a source of inspiration for all the yummy mummies out there. She closed as a showstopper for Anamika Khanna at the summer edition of Lakme Fashion week looking like a diva. Who would have thought? Well she is clearly not your average yummy mummy. She not only got rid of all the baby weight but is in perfect shape. You must think she is a superhero, well we do too!

Instead of going on a hardcore diet regime (liquid, crash and the like) her weight loss was a result of insane amount of effort and exercises and a crazy amount of gym hours. Her trainer and fitness expert has been religiously uploading Kareena’s pictures on Instagram so that we may follow her footsteps and grind harder at the gym. The toned body is the result of Pilates, full body workouts on the jump board, ladder barrels and Cadillac. Kareena’s favorite equipment is the reformer which offers a possibility of at least 500 different kinds of exercises. She has embarked on an experimental journey where she manages to alter her footwork and other physical exercises every day to achieve the body of a Greek Goddess.
In fact she is not the only one. A lot of celebs are finally getting ahead of themselves when it comes to health and fitness. Gurmeet Chaudhary is undergoing a sturdy and rigorous fitness schedule too. He will be seen as an army officer in the upcoming movie Paltan. Similarly we know how Sunny Leone keeps working hard for those attractive curves.
